Returns & Refunds Policy

Items cannot be returned unless they are faulty when you receive them. Evidence of fault must be provided when you put in a return claim. Failure to provide this evidence may delay your return and refund. If you need to return an item/order as a result of an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs. Once the package is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. As 90% of our products are personalised, we will not be issuing any refunds for unwanted or wrong orders unless the fault is ours. Refunds will not be given in full if you have damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it. 


Some items are not held in stock and therefore need ordering when you place your order please note some items can take 21 days
